How to remove video noise and grain

Video noise and grain usually looks like a slight snowyness on video, and it can also look like little flickering blue and green and red and colored pixels.

It is most noticable when filming in low light, or when turning up the brightness in post-production.

I apologize for the delay in responding, and thank you for posting. The best cure for noise is prevention: expose correctly, light your scene well and keep ISO at your camera's native settings. In post, DaVinci Resolve Studio's noise reduction and Neat Video are widely used tools for cleaning up footage.
