RE: 1974 THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE (SCRIPT) ??

Does anyone know a link to the original script, or have an electronic copy? Some sites have what they say is it, you download it and its either the new one or a two/three page start of the original. I have been looking for this forever, does anyone have any clues? can you help me out? thanks.

I apologize for the delay in responding, and thank you for posting. The original 1974 Texas Chain Saw Massacre script by Kim Henkel and Tobe Hooper is hard to find online. Script libraries like the Margaret Herrick Library at the Academy, and reputable script sites, are the best places to look. Watching the film closely while taking notes is also a great way to study its structure.
