I have shot a commercial and a music video using green screen, which is essentially the same thing. There is some information in the ASC manual but not enough. What are you interested in doing on the blue screen?

At that link you'll find information on shooting for Greenscreen on DV... all of the principles discussed there will apply to blue screen and any medium of capture.
