what's the cheapest adobe premiere version i could get that is compatible with windows vista? it doesn't have to be anything fancy, i'm not making a studio movie or anything. but i'd like something more than windows movie maker to work with.

Premiere Elements is pretty inexpensive.

It's not flexible on formats and framesizes, etc like pro NLEs are...
