Because no matter how big your monitor is, there's never enough space on it for editing .

not really.... its because 2 screens make more room to manage your workspace.

place everything properly... like this:

Still not enough space. I think triple monitors would be the best configuration. I've seen it done twice before and I would love to try that with my system. Only $$ prevents me from doing so.
