I apologize for the delay in responding, and thank you for posting. The photos for this behind-the-scenes look at the HOUSE camera crew are no longer online, but the lesson still holds: a TV camera crew works as a team, with the operator, first AC, second AC and grips all moving together to keep a fast schedule.

If you want to work on a camera crew, learning the AC's job (focus pulling, slating, data and lens changes) is a great place to start.
