On car windows, is there a certain type of lens or filter to get rid of reflection in glass?

A polarizing filter should do it.

A polarizer like red prince said is perfect, just remember that you lose two stops so you need to compensate for that. Also the polarizer only works at an angle and you have to spin the filter to determine how much reflection you want to be removed.
