How do you prepare your script before submitting it to a contest?

Do you workshop it, get feedback from peers, or hire a coverage service? I’d love to know what steps you take to make sure your script stands out before hitting submit.

Three passes before I'd submit. Read it out loud, or better, hold a table read with friends. Give it to one person who has never heard the idea and ask them what they think it's about. Then proofread format and typos, especially page one, because readers decide fast. Coverage services can help, but a table read is free and catches the most.
