How to get the motivation to finish a script?

How do I get motivated to finish writing one of my many script ideas.

Pick one idea and give it a deadline. Many ideas with no deadline is how scripts stall. A few things that help: write an ugly first draft fast and fix it later, set a daily page count you can actually hit (even one page), and tell someone your deadline. A contest deadline works well too. Writers here, what gets you to "FADE OUT"?
