Kooky Music

I'm making a short documentary about an amateur orchestra who play terribly and was wondering if any of you knowledgeable fellows could recommend suitably kooky music (I'm borrowing a couple of tracks from The Royal Tenenbaums to give you the sense of what I'm after)

Can anyone help?

why not use orignal music from this ametuer orchestra and make it more ethnographic?
