Lens System: lens flare?

Hello.

I'm looking into trying to create triangular shaped lens flare. Recommendations for Super 16mm? Primes & Zooms with a warm tone?

hello !

Since the shape of the flared image is the one of the iris, you need a lens that has a triangular iris. Some zeiss lenses have a sort of round triangular iris, maybe other optics have, I don't know. Another easy solution is you to make it in post, then you can give it the shape you want and control all parameters about it...
