Speed up my clip

I made a clip using 3D Max. However, when I play the movie back I realized that the camera pans are to slow. Can I speed them up in After Effects or Adobe Premiere?.

Certainly, but this may produce unwanted temporal artifacts. If you can go back and retime, rerender animation, that would be the best choice.

If you can't try using a good quality retiming plugin like Twixtor.

Try a time stretch with either pixel motion or use the effect "Time Warp" (Effects - Time - Time Warp).
